Returns

Our return policy is simple. You have 15 days from the time you receive the item to contact us about returning the item. Just send us an email for a return authorization number. Products returned without this authorization will be refused. Products must be returned and received by the warehouse no later than 30 days from date of return authorization.

Original shipping is a service already paid to UPS and used. Therefore, it will not be refunded under any condition. Buyer pays for return shipping as well. Items must be in original box and in new condition.

Defective Items: Defective products can be returned within 30 days of sale (see return authorization policy above). After 30 days, defective products must be returned to the manufacturer, under the manufacturers specific warranty allowances.
